FAQs
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments at Trine are booked online here or directly with your stylist. Because we’re an independent salon suite, there is no front desk or central phone line.
The easiest way to book is through our online booking link. You may also text your stylist directly with booking questions or if you’re unsure which service to select.
Please note that we are currently working without assistants, so we may not be able to respond while we’re with clients. Text is always best, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Where are you located?
Trine is located inside Sola Salon Studios at:
1/2 Bond Street
Corner of Broadway & Bond Street
New York, NY
When you arrive, enter through the 1/2 Bond Street entrance and use building access code 930220 on the digital pin pad. The door is a solid metal accessible entrance. (We share an address with a thrift store with glass doors; we are directly to the left of them.)
Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. When you exit the elevator, take three quick left turns and you’ll find us in Suite 329. You will pass restrooms and a lounge on your way to us. If you are early, feel free to stop in and see if we can accommodate you, if we cannot, you’re welcome to wait in the lounge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:
All major credit and debit cards
Cash
Venmo
Zelle
Gratuity may be added to your card payment if you prefer.
What color lines do you use?
Our primary professional color lines are L’Oréal Professionnel and Redken.
If you have a specific color formula, brand preference, allergy or sensitivity, please let your stylist know before your appointment. We may be able to accommodate other professional color lines by request.
May I contact Trine with questions?
Absolutely. Since Trine does not have a traditional front desk, questions are best directed to your stylist by text.
If you’re a new client, don’t have a cell phone contact, or aren’t sure who to connect with, please reach out through our website and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
Do you accept new clients?
Yes. New clients are welcome. For color appointments—especially corrective color or a significant change—we may recommend a consultation before booking so we can make sure the correct service and amount of time are reserved.
